Response to DMCA Notices: Actions

Faceolo will respond appropriately after receiving a legitimate DMCA notification, which can entail:

deleting or blocking access to illegal content.
notifying the user who is in charge of the illegal content.
allowing the user to send a counter-notification in compliance with the DMCA.
If a legitimate counter-notification is not received within the allotted time period, the infringing content will be permanently removed from the website.
Counter-Notifications

You can send a counter-notification if you think that your work was unjustly deleted from the Faceolo website as a result of a DMCA complaint. Please include the following details while submitting a counter-notification:

A written or digital signature.

a description of the content that has been deleted or access to which has been restricted, along with the URL.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address are your means of contact.
a declaration that you have a good faith belief that the material was taken down or disabled due to an error or misidentification, made under penalty of perjury.
a declaration that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the DMCA notice or their agent and that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Your counter-notification should be sent to our authorized agent at the aforementioned address.

Repeated Offenders

Users who are judged to be repeat infringers of copyright may have their accounts terminated by Faceolo. To the extent necessary to abide by DMCA regulations, we may do this.
